Summary
Records
Weekly patterns. Give each employee a schedule in Employees → Edit → Work schedule. Normal hours must stay within 45 a week, 8 a day (up to 9 when other days are shorter), with a 30-min break before 5 hours and one rest day a week (Employment Act s.59, s.60A).
Employment Act s.60D: 11 paid public holidays a year, 5 of them compulsory (National Day, Agong's Birthday, Ruler's Birthday / Federal Territory Day, Workers' Day, Malaysia Day). Choose the other 6 from the gazetted list and tell staff before the year starts. The 6 can differ by group – e.g. a "Chinese" group gets Chinese New Year days and a "Malay" group gets Hari Raya days; put the compulsory ones under "All staff" and set each person's group in Employees → Edit. If a holiday falls on someone's rest day, the next working day is the holiday – add it as a roster day off or a holiday entry.
Click a day to change it for one person (day off, swap rest day, different hours). off rest day · PH public holiday · bold = changed from the weekly schedule.
Admins see and change everything. Staff only see the employees you tick for them, and can type monthly figures (overtime, commission, etc.) for those employees only if “Can enter monthly figures” is on. New users must change their temporary password at first login.

Statutory rates
SOCSO/EIS use PERKESO's wage bands (assumed wage = mid-point of each RM100 band, rounded to 5 sen). Bands of RM300 and below are typed in from the schedule.
Leave policy
Defaults are the Employment Act 1955 minimums (s.60E annual leave, s.60F sick leave). You may give more, never less.
Attendance & overtime
Used by the staff portal check-in and to pay approved overtime: hourly rate = (basic + fixed allowance) ÷ 26 ÷ normal hours per day (Employment Act s.60I), × OT rate.
